I just finished the code that will convert an internal CAKENIP message into the string of bits that gets sent over the network, and converting the string of bits back into a CAKENIP message. This will allow me to start sending AssertionMessages back and forth between CAKE entities.

This is necessary so that when you get a message from a random PublicKeyID that you don't know anything about (including the actual key value itself), the system can automatically send CAKENIP messages to the source that ask for information about the PublicKeyID you just got a message from.

This means that if I know rosencrantz319's email address, and send him a CAKE message, his system will see it, and automatically send a request back for my PublicKey, and information about what other TopologicalAddresses that key might be found at. After that, the link between rosencrantz319 is established. My system will remember his PublicKeyID, and my system will remember his.
