This is a great hack: Remote Exploit of Vista Speech Control. Basically a website playing sound files can remotely control your computer using Vista's speech recognition. This is a real problem, but not as severe as some since it will be quite clear to the user what's happening. I bet most people though will panic though and not do something useful when a website tries this.

Yes it does. But I think that it's turned on by default. But, of course, you also need a microphone connected, and most people don't bother. But if someone really wanted to use the feature, they would discover that it and web browsing aren't very compatible. :-)
